Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design seamless, user-centric web and mobile experiences for our digital transformation projects. The role involves understanding user needs, translating them into intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, collect requirements, and understand business needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- Design visually appealing UI layouts, consistent with brand guidelines.
- Work on mobile apps, dashboards, enterprise systems, and web platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present design concepts and rationales.
Professional Skills
- Experience working in ITes, IT, utility, or enterprise project environments.
- Motion or micro-interaction design skills.
- Experience with tools like Miro, Jira, Notion, or Trello.
- Portfolio showcasing real projects (mandatory).
